Looking for a quick dinner and remembered I watched this short a couple weeks ago, and also happened to pick up a bag of higher end cheese flavored potato chips today. Truff mayo with a dash of Melinda’s Truffle hot sauce was my cheat aioli.
I pretty much halved the recipe. But mostly eyeball to 2 eggs. Fried in a 10” unfortunately, so kinda thin, but it still had lamination. Would definitely make this again in some kind of capacity.
