Dinner – 440cal

Konjac spaghetti, tomatoe paste, grass fed beef, mushrooms – 170

Bread – 50

Salmon + cheese – 60

White cabbage with light sauce – 80

Yogurt and strawberries – 80

Plus 100 for miscellaneous such as "a tiny bit more creamer", hot sauce and almond milk
