1/4 – 1/2 cup hung curd or Greek yogurt (as required)
1/2 tsp salt
Blend everything until creamy. Transfer it in a container, cover & chill for at least 2-3 hours before you can use it. This will thicken up as it sets in the fridge. Store up to 7-10 days and Enjoy!
