Found these in my local corner shop and gave them a try. Actually have a good chilli heat, plus a touch of lime flavour. Pairing very well with my Friday night beers!

One thing I’ve realized is anything coming directly from another country is probably going to tickle your spices good. I have relatives that like to travel to carribean areas and the like. They always will stop at a hot sauce store or at a market and find me some sauces they bring back. Some of the ones I’ve had are fucking nuts. First time I tried a Scorpion hot sauce was from Trinidad. I could eat the tabasco version on command after trying a real Trinidad Scorpion sauce.
