go with celery salt and onion powder
replace sugar, vinegar, and celery with some sweet relish.
"Simple" would be mayo, brown mustard, salt if needed, paprika if you have it… That's how I make them and everyone requests and then devours them at every holiday dinner… I guess it all "boils" down to personal preference.

This will be my last attempt at making deviled eggs. I've tried just about every recipe and all have been just okay; not very impressive. Perhaps deviled eggs are just an okay food.
