Smokey Barramundi with Brown Butter. Delish!!!! Review Below ⬇️

This is a repeat that I love. If you’ve never had Barramundi, I definitely recommend any Barramundi dish from HF, they’ve all been amazing. The fish is super easy to recreate, no special ingredients.

I used a little extra (a lot?!?, jk, it’s just an xtra tbsp) of the butter sauce all over the fish and potatoes. I know it looks like it’s greasy but it’s not, it’s got an amazing flavor along with the crispy onions. (Plus it gets soaked into the potatoes and I leave butter out of the potatoes when I’m mixing them).

Definitely try this if you love fish dishes.
