Baked on 250’ until internal temp of 110’ then cooked until internal temp of 145’ the let rest for 5 minutes. Crust was minimal but the flavor and juices were awesome. All oven baked due to terrible weather this weekend.

Forgot to add flipped every 2 minutes while broiling and brushed butter garlic sauce before putting back into the oven.
