I made the version in The Food Lab, except I cooked it in the oven like the Serious Eats version says: https://www.seriouseats.com/the-best-slow-cooked-bolognese-sauce-recipe it was a lot of work but 100% worth it. For two people it made enough for 6 dinners! We had it for two nights and froze the rest.
