If you’re tired of making the same old pasta salad I’ve got some new recipes you just gotta try These recipes are perfect to make for a summer cookout a get together or any time of the year hey y’all I’m Valerie and welcome to my kitchen in today’s video I’m sharing three delicious pasta salads that you’re going to want to make again and again now let’s go ahead and get started

You’re gonna love this one it’s a chicken bacon and ranch pasta salad to begin you’re going to bowl 12 ounces of your favorite pasta I’m using this macaroni style it’s a little larger than the normal elbow pasta I got this at Trader Joe’s but you can use any pasta

You want make sure to add you in some salt and you’re just going to cook that pasta according to the package directions and when it’s done you can rinse it with cold water drain it and then set it aside now we’re going to make the dressing and

To do that in a large bowl I added half a cup of that good old Duke’s Mayonnaise along with half a cup of sour cream and by the way my husband tried to take over while I was trying to record the intro for this so I have a really good

Blooper at the end of this video okay back to this pasta salad that was one packet of ranch seasoning I added in I gave it a little stir then you’re going to add in 1 4 cup of milk or you can use buttermilk then whisk it until it’s well combined

Or stir it I just used my little rubber spoon now you’re going to add in the cooked drained and cooled pasta one and a half cups of shredded cheddar cheese one and a half to two cups of cooked chopped chicken and eight ounces of cooked and crumbled bacon

Or to make it even easier you can use one packet of the real bacon pieces now stir it until everything is mixed together and completely coated in that dressing this takes no time to throw together and it’s perfect when you need something last minute you could make this for a get together

Or for a quick lunch or supper this recipe is easy but so good and I really think your whole family is gonna love it foreign this next one is one of my absolute favorites it’s a taco pasta salad first you’re going to brown one pound of

Ground beef I’m sure you could also use ground chicken or ground turkey when that’s completely cooked through drain the grease then add in one packet of taco seasoning Stir It Up Until everything is completely mixed together then you’re going to remove it from the heat set it

Aside and then let it completely cool and while I’m thinking about it if you’re enjoying this video I would really appreciate it if you would give me a thumbs up and hit that subscribe button that way you don’t miss out on any of my future videos and that’s one pound of the garden

Rotini pasta that I’m cooking up you can use regular rotini for this I dislike using the garden kind just for the color and just cook it according to the package directions rinse it with cold water drain it and then set it aside now we’re going to make the dressing in

A large bowl I added one cup of French dressing you can definitely add more of this at the end if you feel like it needs it I also added a fourth of a cup of sour cream and one small diced tomato mix all that together now you’re going to add in that cooked

Drained and cooled pasta the taco meat half of a small head of iceberg shredded lettuce and one and a half cups of shredded cheddar cheese now stir that and it is easier if you use tongs for this and that way you can just toss everything around

Now for a little crunch you’re going to add in two to three cups of crushed Doritos or in my case Great Value cheddar cheese tortilla chips and you can add as much or as little as you like just keep in mind you’ll want to wait till right before you serve this to add

In the lettuce and the chips now toss everything together and then this pasta salad is ready to serve you will not be disappointed with this one it has so much flavor and I love the added crunch from the chips I also like to top it with green onions

But you totally can leave those out if you like foreign this is one of my favorite pasta salad recipes it is absolutely delicious my whole family loves it and I think yours will too I’ve seen this pickle pasta salad on Tick Tock and I couldn’t wait to try it

And I’ll be sure to link that video I saw below her name is the Mississippi Queen I’m pretty sure she used the ditalini pasta I think that’s how you say it I didn’t have that kind of pasta but I did have small shells so that’s what I used

And that was one pound of pasta when it’s done you’re going to rinse it drain it then set it aside I’ve got a 24 ounce jar of pickles here you’re going to dice those pickles into small pieces but Reserve that juice we’ll be using it in just a little bit

You’re also going to quarter 10 ounces of cherry tomatoes and dice up one small cucumber Now we’re going to take all these chopped veggies and set them aside Now we’re going to make the dressing so to a large bowl I added in one and a half cups of mayonnaise and you’re also going to add salt and pepper to taste the Mississippi Queen said this was like eating an Italian sub and she was exactly right

Now you’re going to add in about a third of that reserved pickle juice you can add more if you need it just needs to be a loose consistency and whisk it until it’s well combined relax and here’s my little helper she’s just hanging out and watching me

She’s four and a half months old now and she is growing way too fast okay to that dressing I added in all of those chopped veggies and the Mississippi Queen said that this was not in the original recipe but she decided to add in five ounces of hard salami

I did chop that up into small tiny pieces and I wanted to stir all that together before I added in the pasta now add in that pound of cooked and drained pasta stir it all together so everything is completely and well combined and then this pasta salad is ready to serve

This was delicious and I am so glad I tried it let me know in the comments below what is your favorite pasta salad and which of these recipes are you most excited to try I really hope you enjoyed this video you may also like these don’t forget to
