    Sunday night pizza night 🍕

    I used the KA Pan Pizza recipe. Only had time for a 9-hour proof, but I have two other batches in the fridge for the next 48 hours which I’ll freeze. Even with the short proof, the bread was pretty tasty. Pizza sauce was Chef John’s (amazing btw).

    Toppings: Italian sausage, red onions, mushrooms

    Baked at 475 degrees for about 18 minutes for a nice crispy bottom. Next time I would leave in for another two minutes or so for more colour.

    You know you can just buy those pans right? Far easier than wasting your time smelting the metal.
