    Made some killer paddies recently used ribeye, chuck, flank, and short rib meat. Maybe freeze it up until you get some variety for a nice batch.

  2. Were these worth the effort in your opinion? Considered making my burger patties from scratch but ive always wondered if the taste difference is even noticeable with all the toppings and bun

    They would have to be extremely cheap for me to not eat them as steaks.

    I can get cheap ungraded ribeye loin near me for about $9 / lb if I recall correctly. Pretty cheap but still not quite burger cheap.
