My twist on turkish eggs: dill and cucumber. Adds a wonderful freshness to the garlicky yogurt. If you havn't heard or this dish, turkish eggs are poached eggs on a bed of gralic-infused greek yogurt and paprika butter. Simple and delicious.

I used whole wheat tortilla (35g) on the side, two medium sized eggs, 100g of 3.5% yogurt around 30g of cucumber and didn't count for the spices. No butter was added this time because I wanted to keep it low cal.
