First prime steak I have grilled and wanted to make sure l cooked it as good as I possibly could. Dry brined it over night, smoked to an internal temp of 115F and the seared.

Hands down the best steak I have ever cooked, possibly that I have ever had. It was so good that I forgot to take any photos of the cut, but l'd say it was somewhere between rare and medium rare.
