    I’ve lost a little weight and I’m back on 1200 to lose the final 10 lbs and I think the worst part is realizing 1500 calories (what I used to eat to lose weight) is literally my maintenance now… it feels like such a small amount of food and the fact that I don’t even lose weight on that much is so demoralizing!

    And the fact that if I eat above that I gain…. I can’t.
