You ready to do this Manny I’m always ready all right all right this is my cameraman Manny well was my cameraman Manny now we’re just friends in this video we’re going to talk about why Manny is leaving the channel we’re going to start by going all the way back to
The beginning talking about some of our behind the-scenes secrets that we’ve never shared with you things like the real truth behind Gordon Ramsay or the time we almost died on an ATV trip in Indonesia or how Manny got fired for the first time Minnie let’s just start by
Saying it you are no longer my cameraman how does that feel it’s weird outside of what me and Nick do together I would say like we’re pretty close friends yeah so it’s a lot it’s a hard break to make um but it makes sense I mean that night we
Talked on the phone not that long ago about kind of going our separate ways like I think I don’t know about you we were on the phone but I like I was I was crushed yeah I know I was too it was it’s tough it was a really tough call to
Make I want to start out with some fun stats for you all right let’s hear it we have been working together for 4 years years yeah we’ve traveled to five continents together that’s crazy we have filmed 207 Long YouTube videos yeah and we’ve gotten about six billion views on
YouTube I did not know that actually and that’s just YouTube alone that’s crazy so I want to go back to the very beginning do you remember our first video together yeah of course I remember it was for Master Chef season 10 the finale before the episode aired your
Brother called me who I didn’t really know at the time he said hey like my brother needs a like a promo like hype video for his episodes coming out do you want to do it and I’m like like sure that sounds fun the funny thing about
That whole thing is I we didn’t really know each other but I remember getting super close to you and you telling me later like you’re thinking like what the heck is this guy doing he’s like in my face with the camera I wanted to throw
You off the balcony it took three and a half maybe four hours to make one small video but it was just cuz you were trying to make it perfect yeah I just want to make it perfect and this was honestly like the kind of the beginning
Of my career too I just started getting the video stuff like maybe a year before I met Nick yeah so I was still kind of holding in my craft so I will say it’s not my best work but at the time I thought it was pretty cool we pretty
Pretty much start at the same time exactly yeah I would say a lot of the things that we learned over time we learned together I I would say so yeah we didn’t start YouTube until 20120 correct it was like a year after we first met let’s just first say YouTube
Is a lot of work there’s a ton of work YouTube is a ton of work and there’s so much that goes on behind the scenes that people never really notice or will ever know about I think and those videos often are taking multiple days to shoot
When you all may not realize this but sometimes it takes two three four five days we spent a month on the gingerbread video yeah we did and that turned into like a 10-minute video all that footage all that time and dedication spent so we put a lot of Blood Sweat and Tears in
These videos for everybody yeah really just make the best content possible you’re not getting a lot of sleep you’re trying to do it all you’re cleaning you’re editing you’re cooking you’re shooting I mean you’re ideating it was a lot of work yeah and like now there’s like this amazing team that know helps
Nick and that I’ve had the pleasure to work with the past couple years but when when me and Nick first started it was just us basically doing everything I would say me and Nick juggled a lot of different roles early on I remember we did a lot of stuff with things like fish
We had a lot of sushi not that long into filming we had our first taste of wagu do you remember what that was like I will never forget that yeah takey it you’re fire no I’m just kidding I’m just kidding go ahead it doesn’t taste like
Any steak you’ve ever had it’s just this juicy fatty amazing thing that coats your throat that’s how you described it to me the first time you’re like it’s going to coat your throat with this Rich fat we were doing crazy things in my apartment building we just get in the
Elevator with a Parmesan wheel or a whole blue F tuna the door man Vinnie I think thought it was really fun and entertaining remember we would invite him upstairs yeah he was in some of the first couple videos and I’m sure at first he’s like what the heck are these
Guys ordering but he just got used to it and kind of just like went along with it after a while I think he loved it and I wouldn’t say we were a disturbance to The Neighbors at all though there was one day where we had a durian fruit and
Do you remember the whole hallway it smed horri it smelled like hot garbage and then we dumped it down the trash shoot it probably made everyone’s hallway smell that was disgusting yeah and then we went into the era of these kind of fast food videos pretty early on
Yeah the drive-through videos we started with Chick-fil-A and then we ended up just trying to beat every single fast food place right yeah the whole nine yards we went to basically every chain it’s been done a lot on YouTube but it’s just really fun and I think we brought
This kind of fresh new twist new twist to it where we visited the restaurants talked to some of the employees and I would say like what made us stand out as we kind of had these relationships and made relationships with a lot of employees at different locations yeah
They ended up knowing us and some of the employees we even gave cars to later on yeah Joanna who we became really good friends with she’s the best she’s a queen she said we can come to Burger King anytime and her manager said we’re free for Life free for Life yeah Manny
Get out of my car you fine so I want to move on to the first time you were fired I asked all of you guys what are your favorite moments in the history of our Channel and with Manny and every single one of you said when Manny’s fired and
When he somehow just comes back to work next day like nothing happened I think the first time I was fired I knocked over this big thing of flow onto the ground cuz when I hit it the camera panned down on the ground and you could see the whole floor covered in flower
What are you what are you doing you’re fired what are you doing we just decided from that moment on we have to keep doing it you took a lot of food without asking yeah you would smack the meat that I was using anything you could
Smack at that kind of era you would you would whack it EXA and if you smack something I felt like I kind of wanted to smack it too it just became this big part of of us just you getting fired do you have any idea how many times you’ve
Been fired I don’t know what the exact number would be but maybe like I’m going to base it off of how many videos we’ve done together which is around 400 500 so I’d say like maybe I’ve been fired like maybe 300ish times maybe 320 maybe
320 do you want to know what number I have written down here what is it no way 300 times I got that pretty close that’s almost on the money I did some math I assumed an average of 1.5 firings per time we actually did 207 long form
Videos so your math didn’t line up with my math okay but you somehow got the same result yeah which would result in about 300 300 firing that’s a lot of times you nailed it yeah one thing I would say is that firing led to you
Being in a lot of videos even more yeah that was not planned like I going to this I had no no you were the you were the camera guy I the camera guy yeah I I was like I’m I’m not going to be in the videos I don’t really care nobody was
Really ever going to know at least all of you probably wouldn’t have known who Manny was right in a way like it happened in the most natural way which I think is why it worked out so well like I never asked to be in the videos and
Nick never really asked me to be in the videos it’s kind of happened yeah like Nick would just interact with me a lot behind the camera I didn’t really have a name for a while and then eventually I think you fired me by my name and I mean
I think the subscribers gave you the name cameraman Manny cuz that’s just how they’d refer to you right we we didn’t come up with that they did 100% no this was you this was you’re doing character you created a monster one of my favorites was when we cooked against
Each other yeah that was a lot of fun I was actually pretty nervous when that has like 10 million views yeah that was good I cut a huge piece of meat the Brion I cut a piece that was way too small you also cut into it all the way
Down the line of it he said mangled the meat really and then I said that your sauce your red wine reduction was a broken sauce it was very broken and do you remember what you said a sauce is still a sauce still a sauce so it really
Turned into this thing of not only you being fired and being kind of this smaller character in a lot of videos but then you were in the videos and even I eventually started asking you to judge the videos which probably was a big mistake on my part knowing how that
Usually goes yeah I’ve always had fun with it judging and we even went so far as to create a video where we swap jobs yep remember that one that was interesting interesting I like that one a lot it was fun I like that video yeah because I think it made us both realize
How difficult each of our jobs was I still remember the the first feedback you gave me you’re like this is heavy I don’t know how you hold it for this long I couldn’t hold the camera it’s a weird thing I think as like I’m not that strong but like there’s just
Weird like camera endurance you get from just holding it out like that I couldn’t hold it and I stay active I’ll work out but I couldn’t hold the camera it’s not even that heavy you just after a while you start to feel you get fatigued so I
Want to move on to talking about those collaborations that we had which were a huge part of our kind of growth and development on YouTube yeah do you remember who our first collab was I remember it was Google we flew him into Boston he and his cameraman Angel so
Many people’s teams are the exact same the cameraman and the person on camera are usually best buddies and I feel like if you don’t have that you don’t have the right cameraman I agree you should have a good relationship with people you work with yeah I mean you got to have
Fun you got to have fun at the end of day it’s about having fun then we started off the uncle Roger Sega where I chased down that Uncle title Uncle title yeah when you got it we made the green cry first which he ripped it to shreds
To shreds yeah no no no no and then we eventually got the uncle tle when I made Vietnamese F and so far I still have it you still have it knock on wood but you never got it what does he call you nephew Manny nephew Manny right nephew
Manny yeah he would always roast my haircut yeah I think he thought that you were copying my haircut maybe after Uncle Roger we had qcp we made all sorts of different fun Italian pasta dishes then Max the Miki we got along with them super well especially we made good
Friends of outside of this yeah they’re good they’re good people I mean all these people they’re great I feel like you shouldn’t work with people you don’t enjoy working with yeah I hope I can stay in touch with everyone that you know means something to me let’s talk a
Little bit about linja and then of course the Guinness World Records that came from our work with L that became the staple it was like Nick and linja breaking World Records one after another and I even think of the fact that I’ll make sure she’s okay with me talking
About this but she’s beat cancer so many times she’s the tiniest woman I know yeah and perhaps the strongest or certainly one of the strongest women I know I have to say there’s been some projects that are physically straining and I’m complaining anding and L un phased well there’s this video we did
Most fast food places visit in 48 hours we visited 69 she was unfaced we were walking around New York the entire day for like 11 hours straight Manny was way in the back walking way behind if Linda’s not complaining you basically have no excuse to complain you just
Can’t complain we made this little cake pop maybe 10 pounds with lindja right and it was fun it was a cute little good-looking cake pop Guinness roll records saw video and on Twitter basically said that’s a nice cake pop but that’s not the biggest one but if
You want to try and break the record you know it’s sitting there and we just called their Bluff and we we did it yeah and that was the start of the the record series and now how many do we have I I should know this but I think it’s
Six is it five it’s five or six it’s eight are you I should know that I should know that there’s so many there name four of them biggest USL biggest Wellington um biggest cake Bop um which one am I forgetting a lot of them you’re forgetting you’re forgetting five most
Turkeys delivered and then um most fast food visited in a certain amount of time we did the largest chicken nugget that was two that was number two that’s which got picked up by news all over the world it was on Jimmy Fallon I think that’s the most press we’ve ever gotten from a
World record world’s largest sushi roll that was next that sushi roll was right where this the sushi roll was right where we’re sitting and the next one the next record failed world’s largest dumpling with Uncle Roger can win them all I almost cried the amount of work
That goes into something like that and then you fail it it’s hard it’s tough but I I mean it’s good good that like we show that like we’re not perfect but luckily we got the world’s largest fortune cookie and that was a nice little win to cap off that day Nick
Actually let me take that home and I fed it to my family was it good it was good really fast before we talk about that next record let’s talk about all the different food you’ve taken home over the years you’ve gotten all the most random like top ingredients in the world
Yeah sometimes like when Nick’s not looking I try to take some extra and Nick be Nick would be like Manny it’s enough um I mean I’ve gotten taken home octopus um that’s one of the first things I got to take home that was more kind of out there like one of Ni
Favorite foods actually I grilled it at home tons of steak you’ve stolen thousands of dollars of wagu probably without a question steak is probably the biggest category are taken home hona baroon fish my favorites are definitely the the fishes and the meats yeah those never disappoint I you can’t go wrong
It’s always the best fish it’s always like sushi gr even though it might even be used for that and all all the meat is fantastic one of the best days at work was we made the world’s biggest Sherie board the biggest assortment of anything ever it was like all and preser cheeses
And all it’s it was awesome the whole nine yards there’s no way in h Med neck we’re finishing all that so I got to take home and speaking of leftover food we have the world’s largest donut that we made not that long ago there’s a lot
Of leftovers to that one and to finish things off the Gordon Ramsey record yeah the beef Willington I really want to tell people what is Gordon like you were right there with him for yeah a whole day shooting right yeah one thing I will say is it’s really hard to explain but
When when Gordon Ramsey walks into the room he has a presence and I think everyone that was in that room that day would agree with that I don’t know how to describe it but there’s just sort of like Aura around him before we got into all the business stuff and the video he
Just wanted to talk to you one-onone he talked you in a way he almost pretended like no one else was there except you and him yeah he was asking really nice questions you saw he’s asking me about my family my brothers how I’m doing how
The book is going all this stuff I was saying it it felt very genuine he cares I just was nervous about trying to get everything done in time and I wanted to be respectful it was time too I think everyone was nervous cuz like it a huge
Video everyone was like you know know want to do their best job yeah and we just had the make sure we hit certain points in the video and get things done but we did we were efficient that was obviously like you saw a very full circle moment for me that was our 10
Million video which is around the time like we’re basically kind of going our separate ways and on day one when we made our very first video at one subscriber or maybe two if you were subscribed I are you even subscribed to the channel of course okay I wanted to
Make sure we started with Gordon and we ended with Gordon in a way Gordon brought us together if you think about it he did and then he also so well I was about to say he split us apart but he didn’t do anything we’ll blame it on Gordon let’s talk more about the
Celebrities that we’ve gotten to work with we’ve gotten to work for some really cool people some really big ones off the top of my head I’d say Kevin from the office Kevin I got to spill his chili it was an honor you did spill his
CH he fired me even he fired you he fired me um Joe Jonas Joe Jonas the Jonas Brothers really fun we even have those two different videos with Tom Brady which is kind of insane and Shaq Shaq Shaq’s like one of my favorite slubs who he just yeah he just seemed
Like such a downto earth guy no one knows this but sha couldn’t forget his lines so he started to write them on a little like ripped up cardboard piece of paper yep and I kept telling him Shaq I can see in the shot and he got a little
Frustrated I don’t know if he actually was but he acted like it so he’s like you know what he asked someone on his team to get tape yeah off off camera and he walks over to me and he tapes his lines right to my chest but it was a
Great moment and even you trying to mic him you’re not a you’re not an abnormally short person but you could not reach that tall you know what I mean but like when you’re next to sha the proportion I mean it’s you don’t realize how big that guy is he was big yeah and
Then salt B you know what happened at his restaurant when we went there the first time what happened you lit the table on fire I do remember I lit myself on fire you really did no my the whole my whole top of my hand was on fire
There’s a lot of moments like that with you you create a lot of situations like that which are always fun for camera and funny and you don’t mean to do it but but then what about later with with salt B what ended up happening we would mock
The this thing you know right whatever you call this when he does the sprinkle he does the sprinkle we always mock that yeah we’ basically make everything he offered in his restaurant for 1/8 the price to show you that it’s so overpriced we proved it over and over
Again and then we met him in person I thought he was delightful yeah he was a nice guy I felt so bad about i’ ever saying anything mean about him we didn’t say anything too mean but no I don’t think he minded I thought he was so
Sweet he’s a good sport not the guy that you see on TV it’s definitely a little exaggerated he could have kicked us out but he didn’t he let us stay his whole staff was fantastic yeah he he has a great team and that brings me to high
Points and low points yeah let’s talk about the low points well you know what’s funny when I think back about it a lot of the high points actually also have low points low points yeah we’ve done a lot of travel like I said five different continents let’s start with
Indonesia all right best trip ever very lucky to go on that trip that was awesome but what happened me Nick and my girl Frank Christina were all there just hanging out and we wanted to do some activities we wanted to have some fun so we found this local tour company and we
Went white Rod rafting with them and it was an awesome experience we saw that they offered atving so like nothing went wrong the first time let’s go with them again we get our ATVs we all have our own individual vehicle that we’re on and we were in the jungle we were in the
Rainforest deep in there we were in the jungle deep deep in the jungle he pulls us into a drainage ditch yeah like a a ravine almost like a canyon and it was cool it was like this perfect ATV track I didn’t think of anything of it when we
Went in I’m like oh this is this is sick and there was like an inch of rain on the bottom and it was almost like someone took a dial and just cranked it up up all the way cuz it was the most intense rain super quickly and that 2 in
Of water Lev on the ground goes from 2 in to like maybe 3T in a minute and it’s like okay this kind of getting a little sketchy but we keep on going it starts raining even more than that I didn’t think I could even pick up more than
That and that 3 feet turned into 4 feet turned into 5et and it was this gross thick brown seage looking water it was the scariest moment of my life my heart was beating out of my chest I actually had my Apple watch on and I checked my
Heart at the time it recorded it and it was over 200 that’s bad that’s not good that’s really bad that’s really bad maybe it’s cuz I’m out of shape I will say Nick’s survival instincts are really really good I feel like he saved us um the only way out was up and Nick
Found this huge route hanging out off the side that was like from a tree above us and it was big enough where you could basically scale the side of this Ravine all the way up we lifted each other out of there I climbed up then pulled
Everyone up Y and we got out of there someone told us after we’re lucky we didn’t step on a snake in there super venomous snakes and we basically had the hike through the jungle and find our way back to like the base camp it was really really terrifying another high point I
Have is the igloo video it wasn’t our one of our best performing videos but we spent 24 hours in this Igloo we caught our own food we rode sled dogs that video I look at as one of our best bonding experiences ever I would say
Before this trip me ni had like kind of gotten close but I would say our relationship was more business oriented like I come here I film your videos but we were stuck in a car together also for around over 20 hours and one of the worst snowstorms they had in recent
Recorded history and like when you’re in a car with someone that long you got to talk about something you can’t just sit there and quiet and you usually get annoyed with them and we didn’t get annoyed at all we were having a BL having a blast this is like the middle
Of the winter and it was it was probably -20 degrees out and we’re in the middle of a blizzard and the heater stopped working in the car and it started to get very cold very fast and the entire windshield fogged up immediately and I couldn’t see there were cars sliding
Into snow Banks I just remember like oh somehow we we kept in a perfect line all the way and then event we got to some place where we got to fix the heat we got to this charger with 1% yeah we did remember I’ll never forget it it was
Electri M why didn’t we charge the car yeah you were upset you upset it was stressful and I look back on that as a channel and I will cherish that trip and that time and then let’s get to Mexico cuz I really want to talk about that Mexico is something else yeah we’re
Shooting the $25,000 Taco most expensive Taco in the world yep we get to this beautiful Resort in Cabo and it’s amazing I mean it’s overlooking the ocean perfect Blue Water we were in the penthouse presidential suite they put us in there it was very nice to them
I don’t know why they did that for us but they did it unquestion we we didn’t ask why and they had this $25,000 Taco that had been all over the news and it’s crazy $25,000 for taco let’s just talk for a second about what you can buy for
$25,000 a car yeah another camera all of our camera equipment all our our entire yeah everything but we decided to spend that on a Taco one taco yep that day for for you guys and boy oh boy do we wish we didn’t spend it that day yeah we’re getting
Ready to shoot the video and this huge Entourage of people knock on the door probably like 15 20 people that head chef was there his whole team was there the head of hospitality was there the head of every part of the hotel basically just came even if they didn’t
Have to help just to be there and there’s salmonier with like wine what what’s it called salmon Sal I’m not saying it right what did you say saloner you remember he had a big rapper necklace a somier somier that’s what I meant to say get out you’re fired okay seriously
That’s a moment where I’d want to fire you and I can’t anymore and it was truly one taco it was $25,000 25 Grand one taco I’m not saying the number because you know to say oh me and Manny spend all this money on a Taco I’m saying it
Because we thought this would be a really cool and fun thing to show you I thought it would be the best taco I’ve ever tasted in my entire life we wanted to film the whole thing we wanted to show the whole thing one of our huge
Goals with all the videos that we made is literally just using this platform that we’re fortunate to have to show experiences that a lot of people wouldn’t be able to show maybe it’s because of money in that case who’s going to spend 25 Grand on Taco we just
Wanted to do all of this from day one on YouTube to just show all these cool things that you know we knew were special and this was one of them we thought it would be fun it looked beautiful the presentation was great it had coob beef it had Cav from Main it
Had wag Gold Leaf in the tortilla like it was crazy we both took a bite wasn’t bad wasn’t that great though they left our room and I would say honestly no more than an hour later I started to kind of feel a little sick just a little
A little off like suspiciously weird I didn’t think anything cuz I asked you if you wanted to go swimming cuz it we had this infinity pool kind of looking overlooking the ocean and I remember just telling Nick I’m like honestly I don’t like feel like right I’m just
Going to lay down and you’re like I was sort of confused cuz usually you’re down to go anything and you like what the is he thinking because when we go to a new place we are not messing around we film the whole time we don’t really have time
To stop and enjoy and like enjoy it yeah as crazy as that might sound we are filming and this was like one of the exceptions where we had some downtime to just enjoy it and then I started to feel more sick and then I Remember You Came
You were hanging out by the pool with your laptop doing yeah you came in you’re like hey I I I’m trying to kind of feel weird too yep I know that mine progressively got way worse than yours and then you kind of Met My Level eventually I I caught up pretty fast
Pretty fast fast forward to an hour later Benny and I were we’re not going to go into this but we were violently ill we had gotten extraordinarily bad food poisoning it was to the point where we needed our own rooms let’s just put it that way they put us in separate
Rooms we needed our own spaces it was horrible and we had paid $25,000 to become insanely insanely sick and I don’t blame this on any of the people there I it’s not like they did on purpose they were amazing in fact yeah I just it was horrible most of our
Experience together are by far and away high points right yeah and even the low points I would still read I would do it all again I agree me too they make for great stories but there’s a lot of like nice intimate moments where it’s just like No cameras on just having a good
Time even these small little memories of just us spending last holidays together in London and being in this cozy little Airbnb and taking walks together at night and I I’d say like we’ve both been very fortunate enough to go to these awesome places for work like it’s incredible all over the place it’s
Awesome I mean thanks a lot to to all of you I mean this is thanks to you going back to stuff we’ve learned from each other um before I was really one-on-one with Nick helping him with the camera stuff Nick would film a lot of stuff by himself and he still honestly learning
How to use the camera and Nick used to think that he had to shoot during a certain time in the day when it was bright out cuz he didn’t know that you could adjust the brightness and the exposure on the camera I’m really embarrassed I didn’t know this for a
Long time and one day he confessed this to me and I well if you think about it and you look back my videos are either really dark or it’s like it’s super cloudy day and the lighting is actually really nice or the sun is just beaming
On my face and it looks terrible I would wait wake up I would get out of bed I would say wow what a beautiful day to film it’s time to film I didn’t know any of this stuff now Nick knows Manny also didn’t know how to make a waffle so I
Didn’t man he didn’t know how to make water if we’re being honest and now he does yeah I learned a lot from Nick and I’d say Nick learned a lot from me how do you think I’ve changed I would say you’re very much the same Nick something that people don’t
Realize is there’s a lot that goes into this it’s almost a a job that you can never walk away from even when you’re on vacation yeah I know it’s it almost I feel like I’ve heard it from other creators like if you feel like you step
Away you feel like it’s all just going to like blow up yeah it’s it’s a lot to keep track of and sometimes I kind of wish Nick had that work life balance that you had when it was just me and you messing around me too yeah I kind of
Like almost wish I could give that to you again yeah and you’re at the point in your career where things have just become so successful but there’s still this responsibility you you still have to have like your tentacles and every other person’s role or else things just start going the wrong direction you
There’s a certain level of just management that you can’t just like step away from it’s hard and I think you’ve mve more from being Nick Chef Nick that people knew you and master shf to almost like a a boss to many people and people like you have a team and people depend
On you to keep this machine moving properly forward yeah it’s a lot so I I have a definitely interesting perspective to see kind of like Nick’s Evolution from just me and him and his apartment this basically been business company production company with the whole team behind us you’ve all waited
This long let’s tell people why we’re moving on yeah so first thing I want to get out of the way is nothing no bad beef no bad blood me and Nick will always be good friends it’s just a lot of people don’t know this but outside of
Nick um I have a fulltime production company and Nick is one of my clients that I’ve been juggling over the past four years Nick is taking up majority of my time actually it’s just I want to take some of that time that I’ve been allocating the Nick and and put it
Towards like other things I’m really passionate about but when it comes to Nick it’s it’s really a full-time gig and it’s not something I can like partially step away from that’s what I feel like so I feel like it’s time for someone else to take my place and I’m
Sure someone that’s incredibly you know like right for the job um will take my place I’m just excited for whoever gets to experience all the amazing things I’ve got the experience working with you Nick said this to me like almost years ago he said if it gets to the point
Where you really want to focus more on that I will 100% support you yeah and I said not yet I I’m still sticking with you I hoped the day would never come yeah and I think we both kind of knew in the back of our minds that that would
Probably happen at some point yeah and I kind of knew that too but I I really did want to stick around as long as I could yeah and you did we almost had five full years together like four is years yeah four plus years together super solid
Years a lot of memories a lot of projects ton of videos we did a lot together and then you also have Manny Munchies yeah um and this is kind of just a spin-off almost of my character on this channel my close friend group actually from high school are the people
That kind of pushed me they do this they’re like you’re in a lot of the videos and like you have this fan base that loves you getting fired there’s definitely an audience for you out there I would didn’t want to do it for like a year actually um and every month one of
My friends and my friend group would be like you got to start a channel just do it for fun and I will say Nick I have to give Nick 100% credit for this I mentioned it to Nick and he’s like you should call it Manny’s munchies and I’m
Like wait I actually really like that and I don’t think Nick thought I was I’d actually run with it but I I love the name yeah it’s a good name and Nick 100% came up with that name and it’s stuck and I I just liked it man Munchies it
Rolls off the tongue nice like kind of gave me a little boost in the beginning you helped me like push my first video and you’re in one of them Y where you told me your favorite spots to eat in Boston great it was a funny little intro
And you told me to go set up the camera we’re going to one of those restaurants right after this this now is our last video together yeah other than the fact that I do want to have you back for cameos and yeah probably not judging anything since I know I’m going to lose
If I do I don’t know maybe maybe have change my mind next time this is our last video together um yeah I would say it’s I mean I I said the whole like setup and like lights and cameras it’s it’s it was a weird time like coming in
Here dying on the lights and like I always do setting up the lights I always do making sure the camera’s all working so it’s it’s a weird like nostalgic feeling doing this for the last time yeah there’s a lot of cameras a lot of
Cameras I’m G to take a uh I’m GNA take a little shot from the other side of it just so people can see see yeah I took a really good one in the beginning too this is my view of Manny here we go camera camera camera camera light light light
Light light light light it’s crazy Manny Man okay what are you gonna miss most about everything honestly just just working together I I just I really love the dynamic we have and I think some of them just like the most enjoyable things are just like our laughs and inside
Jokes we have outside of the camera and when we’re not when things aren’t rolling yeah I mean I said I’d share all our secrets but we got to keep some locked up I think everyone can relate to this there’s things you shouldn’t repeat we just need to keep them with us yeah
You just that stay between you and another person and we’ve met a lot of people and because of that there’s just a lot of funny stories things that we can’t mention but just things I know Nick me and Nick will always be able to laugh about well I always appreciate
Them exactly well so that brings me to to this I have a parting gift for you okay I have no idea what this is that that I hope will will always remind you of some of those memories that you’re talking about okay and first let me let
Me grab this let me grab this little nervous I have no idea what this is me for a second there’s some videos from some of our friends oh my God it’s a little sad okay let’s go yo my brother Manny you know you and I are friends for
A very long time the first time we met we clicked off right away you love telling me to buy cameras I love buying cameras and at the same time my favorite memory that I have with you was when you took us out on an incredible night in
Boston when I was F with Nick that night was special but Manny I know you’re going to do great in your new Endeavors I hope you have an incredible time you deserve it and most importantly remember friend we are friends for life Manny I just want to say it has been an absolute
Honor and privilege being able to work with you and getting to know you over the past few years I’ll never forget the very first time we met we made that massive wagu A5 brisket that thing was ridiculous but it was also a super intense filming day we were filming for
Like 24 hours straight and on that time and every time since that we filmed together the number one takeaway I have is that you always made me and Sophia feel completely comfortable every time we do something together it feels like we’ve known each other our whole lives
Even though it’s only been a couple years at this point and you also just go out of your way to help people like I know you’re on the phone with Sophia so many times talking about cameras and helping us out with the whole filming situation so I’ll always appreciate you
For that I want to wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors I knew you’re going to absolutely Crush and whatever you do I hope you know that myself and Sophia will always have your back and uh I appreciate you and good luck we love you Manny
Manny we hate to see you go but we’re above and beyond appreciative that we had you oh my God we love you so much Manny you keep killing it you keep doing your thing you’re doing big things Manny I love you so much I can’t appreciate
Enough for you helping me get these new lights Manny made this happen happened for me made this kitchen light up you light up my world man you light it up hey keep doing your thing we love you and don’t stop hustling don’t stop hustling Manny Manny Manny Manny this is
Bittersweet but I want to congratulate you and wish you luck on your future endeavors I want to thank you so much for all the help that’s the biggest memory of men he always helped me whenever I have any questions really love that from you and I really
Appreciate it but my favorite memory is the following me and you will have this love and joy that we get when we stress out Nick and that’s the funniest thing in the world whenever we’re messing around and he’s all serious hey come on guys we’re trying to record and we’re
Over here crying laughing holding in our laugh that to me is the best Manny memory thank you so much good luck on everything I really appreciate you and I’m very happy for what the future holds for you hi Manny I’m going to miss you so much I think you’re one of the most
Hysterical funny people on earth I really really am going to miss you when we were in Japan and we were eating crazy foods like puffer fish testicles I always knew that we had similar feeling about these crazy Foods I always love to see you in the videos judging food or
Cooks because you were just so hysterical nobody could do it like you I wish I could be a judge like you one day last but not least all the world records that you were there for and helped us beat that was just amazing your camera
Work was phenomenal and we had a lot of fun on those shoots too so thank you Manny for all the wonderful memories and I wish you the best of luck aesome that’s awesome that’s awesome the music was like hden amaz I I know I’d say like
We’re really lucky we got to meet a really good group of people yeah yeah and you get to keep working with them I’m jealous they’re awesome they’re good people the final Parting Gift right that night that we talked that night that you called me and we we you know we talked
About kind of talk through everything not filming anymore together it totally made my whole night like and not just the night but it made my whole night feel so weird and kind of surreal you know we spent more time with each other than anyone else the last four years
Yeah and just we worked very very very closely together on a lot of these projects we traveled the world we yeah we we laughed we cried we made so many videos together we made so many jokes we did everything yeah we saw the highs and lows in each other’s lives yeah I mean
We literally did everything ton before I give you the gift and I totally mean this I’m super proud I’ve seen everything that you’ve done over the last couple years appreciate that you’ve seen my journey yeah I’m excited yeah I’m excited I don’t want to I don’t want
To get all sappy and get sad yeah but I’m excited we started with a really camera and a terrible looking backdrop I remember that and we transformed it into this crazy thing that I mean look what’s around us right now I know it’s insane we got all the world records on the wall
We’ve been all over the world we met the most incredible people in the world and we’ve just had so much fun doing it yeah we 100% agre we’ eaten a lot of good food the best food in the world too yeah so the best of the best let me grab you
This oh God this took a while where you’ve been hiding this all the entire time what is that I have no idea what this is it’s for you Manny can I open it yeah open it up okay let’s do it oh my God that is really cool how’
You do that that is sick oh my God how do you do this like in a day oh you know I make stuff happen the past 3 days leading up to this video Nick’s asked me to put together a ton of memories pictures stuff that like I feel like
Stood out we found everything like I we did a deep dive into every Instagram story every journey I even went into like an old phone I I dug everything I could and I just thought it was just for the video but Nick Took a ton of these
Really really amazing moments it made an insane Masterpiece of some of our best memories we started at the beginning yeah right our first video that’s us yeah that’s us we move into all our different Studios that we we went into the time we spent an entire week trying
To build this realistic cake and then we dropped it when we put it in the U-Haul waking up at 3:30 in the morning to go film a barbecue video in Texas this is Yama the guy the the 600 lb sumo wrestler that we fed probably a 10,000 calorie meal Mario carding in Japan
Inside memor some are some that we just shared with you but I’m hoping you can put this up and and that you’ll never forget it well the final one as you can see continued to be continued I love that yeah oh Nick thank you so much this
Awesome all right any final words I just want to say thank you to all of your fans and your fans and my fans um everyone that has watched any of the videos that me and Nick have put together over the years honestly working with Nick has been like life-changing
For my career there’s experiences I’ll never forget and I just feel so fortunate that I got to be in position of being your cameraman it’s just I am so excited for whoever gets to do what I got to do cuz it is a very very special
Job and it’s a very special position to be in you were the best cameraman anyone could ever ask for appreciate that there is one last thing yeah for real this time hey before you say it I Quit oh God here we go let’s go get dinner let’s do

Aww man seeing Lynjas msg warmed my heart and made everything crappy that's going on in my life atm disappear for a moment. I am not a huge fan of this channel but I just browsed the videos you've created and have saved quite a number to watch later! Can't wait to start binge watching and hopefully catching Lynja in them every now and then!
I would love to see a podcast with these two it would be the most calming and entertaining podcast.I understand I would be very difficult to do this aswell
But just a suggestion.
Love you manny, btw why did u fire him?
“It’s a teabag. Will you teabag me?” 💀

Nick seems one of the most genuine, thoughtful and loyal people on YouTube. I remember Nick on MasterChef and he was down to earth then. I’ll miss Manny too! Legend.
I laughed when nick said "What is wrong with you" at 36:49
Wow😮 2024 is tough
here i thought Nick was just abusive
The joke has become real and I can only hope the best for both you and him.
Rude nick manny is the best and only the best shame on you
