Salmon done with Rub with Love, Tokyo blend seasoning and a lot of honey. The lamb chops are done with rosemary, thyme, and olive oil.
We’re not a fan of the skin on salmon so I always use an aluminum foil tray and place the fish skin side down. It sticks to the tray and detaches from the meat. The aluminum tray is a throwaway after but it makes cleanup super simple. Top shelf of the grill for about 15 minutes on high and it’s done. 👍🏻

Not trying to be mister negative but there’s no way you’re gonna convince all that burnt honey didn’t impact the final flavor.
