See multiple photos got a nice bark but they were a little dry.

Did 250 for 6 hours w water pan on the left side oven the pellet burner pot.

Thinking of dropping temp to 225 next time. Will that help much?

Any other tips to keep moist aside from the 3 2 1 method with wrap and butter?
(nice trick, works but trying to get around doing that)

    It’s not the temp but the time. 6 hours is a lot if was straight through. Forsure recommend a wrap. I usually do little bit of butter, my own sauce and my rub. 3-2-1 is good little starter guide but usually my ribs taken closer to 2-1-.5. But mostly based on look and feel.
