SHRIMP TACO

Ingredients
200 gram Tail-Off Shrimp
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
0.5 teaspoon Ground Cumin
0.5 teaspoon Salt
0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 second Cooking Spray
15 gram/ml water one tablespoon
Instructions
Combine spices and water with shrimp, and let marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
Spray with cooking spray and add the shrimp. Cook until they are done, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Be careful to not overcook them as shrimp cook quickly. They will turn pink and form a loose C shape when they are done. If they start curling to a tighter O shape they are overcooked.
Serve in taco shells, tortillas, pita bread, or over a salad. Top with your favorite taco toppings, see the bottom of this recipe for ideas. In the photo, they are topped with a Coleslaw Mix (see recipe here) and Cilantro Lime Dressing (see recipe here)
EASY NO MAYO SLAW
Feel free to add other vegetables to this slaw such as green onions or carrot.

25 gram Red onion
45 gram/ml White Distilled Vinegar
6 gram Sugar
0.25 teaspoon Salt
0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Thinly slice cabbage, and onion Mix everything together in a bowl Let rest 15 minutes before serving
CILANTRO LIME DRESSING
One serving is around 68 grams of dressing.

5 gram Cilantro
0.25 teaspoon Salt 1 gram
0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Add cilantro in a blender, food processor, or a immersion blender. Blend until the cilantro is finely chopped.
Add everything else and blend until desired consistency.
Add a tablespoon (15 ml) of water per serving for a thinner consistency.
