I don't remember seeing this before, but this was amazing and so easy! I used a little extra beef stock concentrate, about a packet and a half in total (I hoard those things, that and the spices) and it came out DIVINE!
There's not many pasta dishes that I like (sadly they all start to taste the same) but this is wonderful!

It was a nice change of pace and I loved how fast and easy it was, but “meh” for us-wouldn’t get it again.
I have a feeling any of the Cavatappi recipes will be good. I’ve had the southwest beef one and I see an upcoming creamy dreamy mushroom one that looks decent to.
I like pasta meals, but usually like fettucine or similar pasta. I did the shrimp scampi the other day and thought it was great. Shrimp in pasta is going to be one of my big go to, rare to find without an upcharge though.
