Noble Sandwiches had their location near me and we really loved it. Always found it strange that they were more or less airport food now.

Unfortunately not the same Huts on 6th street.

“While the airport restaurant might look and feel like its original location, it’s just not the same. Since the Hutchinsons left the restaurant business, it’s run by Paradies Lagardère, another giant company that operates airport restaurants throughout North America. And that disconnect shows: the burgers don’t taste the same.”

No airport restaurants are even run by the OG restaurants.

No more so, less so really, than the Sign Bar.

The brisket at salt lick in the airport is fire

~~Home~~ Sold their name to one of the three national companies running airport concessions. Nothing else is the same

Unfortunately the quality of the sushi place there is pretty bad, certainly worse than HEB

Customer: But why do they put a guarantee on the box?
Tommy: Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of shit. That’s all it is, isn’t it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I will.
I feel this is what we got. It’s “sign bar” at the airport. Name only.

The worst food poisoning I’ve ever had I got from the Austin Airport. Never again!

These are not “Old Austin Restaurants” except for Hut’s.

I think my most downvoted post on this sub was saying I hated the Austin airport’s food options because when I’m at an airport I just want familiar chains. But I guess that’s what we’re kind of getting anyway?

The only thing I get at the airport is the Juiceland Frijole Roller. It’s the exact same as my one you’d pick up in town. Healthy too!
