Tasty paella with frozen scallops, cheap white wine

   Made this paella using mostly cheap, basic ingredients like frozen scallops, $5 dollar white wine, $6 dollar Portuguese chorizo etc.

   Ingredients:
   Scallops, 15

   Chorizo/spicy sausage, 200g/ 7oz, diced

   Rice, 1 cup/ 240ml

   Olive oil

   Chicken broth, 2 1/2 cups/ 590ml

   Salt

   Coriander, a handful, finely chopped

   Veg:

   Large onion, 1/2, finely chopped

   Red bell pepper, 1/2, diced

   Green bell pepper, 1/3, diced

   Tomato, 1, finely chopped

   Garlic cloves, 5-6, minced

   Flavoring:

   Tomato paste, 1 tbsp

   Paprika, 1 tbsp

   Smoked paprika, 1 tsp
