Anyone else organize their ingredients like the picture on the card, before starting or am I just extra ocd?

That doesn’t exactly look organized to me lol. On the counter I use, I tend to put the meat over to my left, the ingredients I have to wash and/or cut up or things like rice/bread in the center and the rest of the ingredients to the right

Hell yeah, as soon as I open the box, out comes each paper bag. Fridge stuff on the side, each recipe sheet laid out, with all the contents of the paper bags right under them to be visually checked off. Also check the best by dates to see what gets cooked first.
