Got it free in the box. I put it away in the pantry. Weeks later I opened it and realized it had to be kept refrigerated.

It contains bacon bits and 2 types of cheese that looked very greasy by the time I opened it. It looks like one of those instant microwaveable food that you can find in store shelves away from frozen section.
It seemed like bad idea to consume it, so I threw it away.
It did have a small "keep refrigerated" label. I should have checked more when I get an unfamiliar item.
