I loved the big Brussel sprouts. I was at the grocery store today and they wanted $6 for probably a four meal serving bag.
Reheating the meal later in the microwave was much better as the chicken stock and apple thingy got to sit with the pork chop and potatoes.
I will be getting this one again.

I’m not a fan of pork chops, but I tried it anyway. I’m still not a fan of pork chops. I did become a fan of my own roasted brussels sprouts though. I don’t like how restaurants do it, it’s neither firm nor crispy, just mush. I’ve always just steamed brussels sprouts, to keep the firmness, so this was my first time roasting them my self and I was pleasantly surprised.
