So I love this recipe. I've only made it once before, but I'm considering whipping up enough for 10 people next week.

A) is that crazy to try to do?
B) can I pre-fry the tofu? That took forever last time in batches of 11 little bites (might make them bigger next time)

    I would think you can batter and par-cook then finish frying before you stir fry.

    Alternatively, par-cook then finish in oven but you probably won’t get as crispy a tofu
