Did you have this issue a couple weeks after transplanting ?
The white/yellow spots on the second image I believe they are aphids or stress from transplanting but these dark spots looks like nutrient deficiency?? Any help please ?? 🥺

Those spots look like bite marks from tiny bugs
Has it gotten cold?
It’s really common to have nutrient deficiencies if you plant early. The plants can’t uptake nutrients properly when it’s cold; doesn’t matter how much is in the soil. Nothing to do but wait it out until it warms up.
So, I had something very similar to what’s shown on your pics (especially #3) last year on a fair number of my plants, and have a touch of it going on on few this year again. I’m about 95% convinced that what it was was one or another species of Stemphylium (gray leaf spot).
I’m *not* saying that’s what you have going there — foliar diseases can look a lot alike, and it can vary depending on your weather, your location, what species or “race” of pathogen, etc. — but it might be something to look into.
