
So good! 3 net zero carb tortillas
chicken breast halved horizontally seasoned with
Spritz of olive oil
Sprinkle with: salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic
powder, onion powder, cumin, lime juice, small dash of Cayenne if you like spicy
Air fry for 8 minutes
Sautee onions, peppers and mushrooms with a tablespoon of olive oil and same seasonings
Cheese mix fresh grated cheddar, Colby back, pepper jack
Small dollop of sour cream
Shredded romaine
Sprinkle of cilantro
Couple teaspoons of salsa.
So worth the effort!
