My take would be to get a bread recipe. Replace water for Gatorade. Don’t put sugar or salt in it. Maybe avoid a bread recipe that requires eggs because i could see that being more complicated. Mix and kneed your flour, yeast and Gatorade. Bake according to recipe. Eat it. Hope for the best

Probably any regular white bread recipe would work — just replace water with gatorade and don’t add any sugar, since gatorade is mostly just sugar water.
