It doesn’t taste like carboard and 2 pieces are only 90 calories and has fiber.
I use it for toast with my eggs and can stay around 300 calories.
I’ve used it for a PB&J with the 10 calorie Jelly. Or even a ham and cheese sandwich.

I check the ingredients, and I’m wary of the additives in this one. For just a few calories more (60 per slice), you could do Dave’s powerseed thin sliced. https://www.daveskillerbread.com/powerseed-thin-sliced
