I’ve overeaten a lot today but that’s okay, it’s Easter, even if it wasn’t Easter that’s okay too.

Life is to be enjoyed, restricting what you eat is not enjoying life. If you over eat that is fine, do not feel the need to punish yourself, not eat, restrict yourself, or exercise. Instead, enjoy the food you have eaten, relax, and don’t stress it. Its much easier said than done however, don’t beat yourself up over it. Take it one day at a time and you will enjoy life a lot more.

    yay! right on! keep these posts coming, normalizing being okay with going over your calories occasionally.

    it’s a holi*day*. one *day* of going over your calories won’t make *any* difference.

    I probably had like 4000 calories today, same yesterday, probably same tomorrow. It’s Easter though, I will allow it, what’s the point of losing weight if you can’t enjoy some food on Easter.

    I have eaten 770 calories in the past day…in jellybeans alone. Not even considering the rest of what I shoved in my pie hole. And tomorrow, we’re back to normal life. The jellybeans were awesome!
