Ingredients:
4 eggs (I used two medium, two large);
3 slices of precooked bacon;
1/2 a small green bell pepper chopped up;
2 slices spam cubed into 1/4" pieces (precooked and cooled);
1 slice of cheddar cheese (sandwich style is all I had)
1 oz colby jack cheese chopped into small cubes like the spam;
Directions:
I scrambled the eggs and then chopped each ingredient up and stored them in well. After that I seasoned well with black pepper, poured them in reusable cupcake/muffin molds, and airfield at 335F for 13 minutes.

Edit: stirred them* not stored them.
Also, I think I am going to try canned sliced poblano peppers and some mushrooms next time to keep the flavors new and different.
I also tried one after they cooled down to handleing temperature and it was very tasty. 10/10 budget and tasty!
Quiche.
Thats awesome!
We’ve been doing this for months for baby food. We were inspired after seeing the cost of Starbucks egg bites and realizing they had an insane markup
