
• Cucumbers (hollowed out and stuffed with cream cheese using a piping bag) then slice. These didn’t work out the best but still tasted good!
• Sliced radishes
• Applegate uncured pepperoni
• Good and gather snack cheese (Gouda and Colby Jack)
• Grape tomatoes
• Green olives stuffed with jalapeños and Kalamata olives
• Sweet baby pickles
• Sliced bell peppers
• Green goddess vegetable dip from target
• Homemade Ritz crackers (2c almond flour, 1/4tsp xanthan gum, salt, 2 egg whites, 1 stick unsalted softened butter. Combine everything and freeze for 30 mins. Roll it out to the thickness of your liking. Make the circle shapes. Bake at 350 for 15 mins, longer depending on the thickness!)
