A 16lb Costco pork shoulder was slow cooked on my Egg au natural. I elected to not use any rub or sauces and left the lid closed the whole 13hr of the cook. Pulled it out at 195°F and after a 30min rest, shredded it.
Made a bourbon, maple and hungarian smoked paprika sauce to top it.
