Use for all of my pies and cobblers and things like that I already have a video on this so I’ll kind of link it above I’m just gonna roll out my pie crust I’m gonna place one of them in the bottom of my greased deep-dish pie plate and this
Pie crust you guys oh my gosh it tastes like biscuits I love this pie crust so much alright now from my other pie crust I’m gonna roll this out as well and you guys promise me that you will actually make this pie crust okay I know people
Like I don’t want to make the pie crust please do it because this peach cobbler that the pie crust is like everything it’s like everything so I rolled that I’m gonna make eight little strips here for my top crust okay I’m gonna cover this up I’m gonna put it in the fridge
Until it is ready to use it’s ready to go but you know we’re gonna work on the filling so we’re gonna pop that in the fridge all right I’m gonna add my frozen peaches into a bowl just like that and then we’re gonna add some sugar to kind
Of sweeten things up a little bit now I know my last peach cobbler head I put like brown sugar and cinnamon and nutmeg I put a ton of stuff in there but for this one I wanted to keep it really simple I wanted the tartness and the
Sweetness I didn’t want all that extra stuff so yeah just some sugar there go ahead and toss it around get those peaches well cultured in that sugar and they were gonna leave it but let it fall out and then once it has spun out you would have this beautiful little syrupy
Goodness right here mmm okay that looks absolutely perfect perfect perfect never gonna add just a little bit of butter I kind of add it too much there okay Libby butter and as soon as you add this butter in there it’s gonna like solidify so don’t be alarmed by the speckles okay I’m gonna
Add in some lemon juice and then I’m gonna add in some vanilla extract all right you just think perfect okay that looks great go ahead and toss it around all right and next we’re gonna do is I’m gonna add a little bit of cinnamon sugar into the bottom of my little prepared
Pie crust dump those peaches in there leave the juice we don’t need that extra juice in that bowl so don’t put that extra juice in it all right now I’m gonna add on my top crust president now it’s gonna do this really cute design I saw on Pinterest epic fail
Oh my god you guys I cut this part crust got even cuts but I cut this pie crust out I could not create that cute little design to save my life okay so now we’re gonna brush the top coat with a little bit with the top crust with a little bit
Of egg white just to give it this is gonna give it a really pretty color when it bakes then on that sprinkle it with the leftover cinnamon sugar just like that looks good pretty we’re gonna bake it at 400 for 30 minutes and then we gonna reduce the heat to 350 cover it
And bake it for another 25 minutes and then beautiful gorgeous beautiful peach cobbler ah so good let it cool off and then dick and it was subs with you guys so good and yes let me tell you this is a southern peach cobbler it’s not a

Why would you share a blueberry recipe and not share the amount of the ingredients that you put in there? That was absolutely no help to me if I was going to try to make it and actually that’s what I was wanting to do. I have a vast supply of blueberries and really wanted to make a blueberry cobbler and you do not give the amount of ingredients that I’m supposed to use, but you did share a great video of how to make it
