Is there something I'm missing? Every video I see online, people just hold it down and the programming menu pops up, but I can't seem to make it happen no matter what I do.

    I love that touchscreens are sold as a pro when they’re almost always a con.
    Physical buttons are a must on commercial equipment

    All good guys I’ve figured it out! If it ever happens to one of you, you have to hold down on the screen as soon as you turn the machine on, not when it’s already powered on. When you turn it on, there’s some sort of intro screen, that’s when you hold it down!
