Grab it on sale today and it took around 12 hours unwrapped at 225 with BBQ delight oak pellets. I was going for a carnitas flavor so I injected it with Mojo sauce and used it for a binder and mop. I rubbed with Cattleman’s Grill Lonestar. 10/10 this might be the way I do pork butts from now on.
