Got dang, just had myself a burger from Patty Palace at St. Elmo and it was a top 5 smash burger for me in Austin. The crust on the patties was the best I've had here, the bun was soft and slightly chewy, the onions were grilled and well incorporated, and the sauce was a fantastic blend of mayo, ketchup, and relish (I think). The only small detail was the cheese could've been melted a little better but it's splitting hairs. All around a super good burger. It was $16.66 with fries, tax, and tip.
