
Hello,
When cleaning my kitchen, i found an unopened, sealed bottle of bulgogi marinade. Unfortunately the best before date was may 2023. The bottle was stored in a dry and dark cupboard (no sunlight or moisture). Since it was quite expensive when i bought it i would like to use it, so i came here to ask wheter it is safe/worth risking it. All advice appreciated.

You can make.
soy sauce + pear + honey + garlic (use blender) + ginger(VERT LITTLE) + lemon +
any vegetable u want (not strong flavor one) + sesame oil ( if u want. basically I don’t use)
if you don’t have honey and pear, u can use ‘sprite’ instead.
