    505 – Rice bowl leftovers with avocado (ingredients in my previous post!)

    390 – Dr. Oetker personal pizza

    60 – “healthy” ranch (1/4 cup cottage cheese, water, tsp dill, 2 tsp ranch powder blended.)

    0 – Perrier sparkling water, lemon

    140 – Dessert, 4 kinder minis

    I’m also intermittent fasting and my eating window is noon-8pm! 🙂
