Hi, I bought the Sage Barista Express last week, and I've noticed a problem with the pressure. It's not a standard issue related to grind size. My problem is that the machine is not reaching its maximum pressure. It only reaches a bit over the mid espresso range and stops. I tried using the backflush insertion during the clean cycle to reach maximum pressure, but it's still the same. I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should return it. The coffee is overall okay, but I think a bit more pressure would be better.
