The Italian sub was 17 for a 12 inches. Pizza was 4 dollars each. (House made bread stuffed with sliced Ham, Hot Capocollo, Genoa Salami, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Pecorino, Oregano, EVOO, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt and Pepper.) they also have a American version too. The flavor was spot on with fresh veggies sliced thin and really delicious high quality meats. Strong flavor from the oregano. My only critique was the bread was really crunchy and cut the roof of my mouth. I would say it’s a great sandwich and deal for a sandwich that large. The bread is the only improvement I would suggest. The pizza was my favorite in Austin as always.

God dam I love a good Italians sandwich.. with a good amount of meat too…
Is this the trailer on Burnett? I don’t see it on the online menu.
I just want a goddamned large original from the 1980’s Schlotzky’s. Is that too much to ask?
Have you tried Capriotti’s yet?
I knew it was you as soon as I saw the subject! Haha
Wrong kind of bread. That’s a major downfall.
I’m going to give you a follow on Instagram. I’ll be waiting on the full Italian sub lineup…
Pedrosa’s low key 🔥
Shhh 🤫
Have you had their meatball sub? I actually like it more than their Italian.
Looks delish but crunchy bread kills it for me completely.
I just ate dinner but this made my mouth water
Have you tried [Delizioso’s](https://www.facebook.com/deliziosoroundrock/)yet?
They just expanded their menu a bit, their subs are legit.
How’s it compare to Home Slice’s Italian?
There’s a Sicilian sub from Tiny Grocer that honestly I find worthy of testing out for this list.
Pedrosos is fire!
Yall are crazy. Crunchy crust is the best, as long as the inside is like a pillow.
Hot, unpopular/popular take…. if you got a soft ass mouth…. eat at lubys.
*love you all, just trying to stir the pot.
