I pretty much eat in a very similar way every day. This is my typical setup. (in the UK). Female, sedentary, 5’4.
I know it’s a little more carby than most people would go for (warburtons danish bread is only half calorie though, so you can actually imagine those pairs as a single slice), but I have to do what works for me, and this does that. I find this sustainable on a long term daily basis.

Did you include the vitamin in the photo so people wouldn’t comment on the lack of fruits and vegetables?
