If there was only one kind of sandwich I could eat for the rest of my life, it’d be the egg. It’s good at any time and I just don’t get tired of it. Pasture raised eggs scrambled in organic butter with cheddar, salt and pepper. Laid between Dave’s buns with stone ground mustard.
Probably the best scramble I’ve ever made. I don’t use cheese most of the time and it definitely elevated it.
