Beef dumplings served with sour cream. Seasoned ground turkey wrapped in cabbage. And borscht!
Everything was pretty good – nothing blew my mind but it def felt like I was eating something I might find in a Ukrainian family’s home. I expected the borscht to have a tomato base because of the color but I was way off. It’s very rich with some chunks of meat.
