Steak sandwich made with I think an Australian Wagyu ribeye from Walmart, that was pre seared, dry brined, cooked sous vide, and then seared in ghee. Served on a buttered and griddled ciabatta roll with lettuce and tomato, spreadable Cooper sharp cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, avocado, and homemade soy aioli.
