Hello everyone, finally getting back to it and decided to share with you this Creamy Chicken, Bacon And Tarragon Recipe.
Perfect for chilly nights and just gives the best comfort not forgetting that it’s super delicious and very convenient since the oven does all the work with a little prep of course.
I hope you enjoy this recipe and give it a try. I also tried different editing so do tell me what you think about it.

RECIPE:
– 1 kg boneless skinless chicken thighs
– 200gms bacon lardons
– 4-5 shallots chopped
– 3 garlic cloves crushed
– 1kg baby potatoes peeled and chopped
– Salt to taste
– 800 mls chicken stock
– Cumin, coriander, garlic granules, paprika (For seasoning meat and 1tsp each for frying)
– 2 tbsp flour
– 200 ml dry white wine
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– 3 tbsp crème fraiche
– A handful of chopped tarragon
– Oven at 160℃ fan assisted oven/180℃/ 350℉ for 50 minutes then last 15 minutes. uncovered.
