  1. This is wrong information. Pls do homework before posting things publicly. Curd and yogurt are both totally different products in terms of live bacteria. Curd contains a single bacteria called Lactobacillus and yogurt contains 2 bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. Yogurt is better in terms of probiotic for guts than curd.

  2. Why is my greek yogurt turning sour?? This is the 4 th batch and am keeping for 6 hours in total by then it's set but jab taste karte hu toh sour hota hai…

  3. Sorry but this is so wrong. You cannot use curd to make yogurt. You need a yogurt base with lactobacillus and streptococcus which you can only find in store bought yogurt. Curd doesn’t contain these gut bacteria.
