Not sure about their exporting channels, but it shouldn’t be impossible to find in specialised grocery stores and such – While not carrying it, Eataly has a US operation with a [selection of spreads](https://www.eataly.com/us_en/nationwide-shipping/sweets/spreads) (personal faves being Baratti & Milano and Novi)
