Honey Miso Mushroom Jumble

I added shrimp & it paired very well with everything. I also used the dressing as a marinade for the shrimp before adding it to the pan. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the sauce – sweet Thai chil sauce with sour cream don't work as much as Sriracha with mayo in my opinion.
