32oz bag frozen homestyle meatballs (you’ll see in the video I’m using family size but I don’t use the whole bag)
In a separate bowl add:
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 1/2 TBSP corn starch (more at the end if the sauce isn’t thick enough)
Whisk
Pour sauce over your meatballs in the crockpot.
Cook on high 3-4 hours low 6-7 hours
Enjoy! I served mine over rice topped with green onions!

Aren’t those pre cooked? Not saying it’s a bad meal or will turn out bad but you could probably get the same effect but just making the sauce and microwaving the meatballs. All in like 10 minutes.

Way too much sugar. 1/4 cup of brown sugar would be sufficient. 1C is going to throw the flavor profile off completely – it’ll be candied ginger meatballs. Gross.
